Excellent service overall. I am impressed not just by the sharpening but also by the conditioning of the tools and knives--they look so rejuvenated. I can tell the service was done with pride, care and love 🙂 Only one small constructive comment: the Japanese carbon steel edge needs to be of a much smaller angle ~10 degrees. I will leave a note next time about this. Otherwise I am very pleased.
