As you are filling in your stub information, please note the 5 digit Ticket # twice printed before you.
This is your unique # so you and you alone can retrieve your item(s) after we return them next week.
Once your info is complete, please briefly describe your items in the area immediately below your phone #.
That's it basically. Please pass your ticket back to your ‘helper’ to complete everything.
Your ‘helper’ will next secure or bag your item(s) to make sure that GHS gets them nice and safe.
During that process, your small claim check will be handed to you so that you can easily re-claim your item(s) next week.
The big piece goes with your items so GHS will know that you dropped something off for us to sharpen for you.
